Selecting the Fintech Strategy for Supply Chain Finance: A Hybrid Decision Approach for Banks

Many banks are eager to adopt technology solutions enhance operational efficiency in managing supply chain finance, which involves various participants and complex financial activities. Previous research either focuses on the aspect or optimization of a chain; there is little specific guidance how can form holistic model evaluate their Fintech strategy for finance. By using an integrated approach, this study adopted decision- making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) several analytical methods construct hybrid decision banks. We concluded four plausible strategies from previous highlighted advantages blockchain-based strategy. used domestic bank Taiwan as case during phase implemented crisp confidence-based fuzzy assessments. The result indicates that leading would be ideal bank. also unveils complicated relationships among those factors, sheds light pursuing innovation services. findings contribute developing Fintech-based financing business, may benefit securing efficient loans expedite operations.
